CONCRETE MAINTENANCE

For commercial concrete cleaning, we can bring your Warehouse Floors, Concrete Walls, Walkways & More back to life with our solution & hot water combination. Concrete is extremely porous which makes it susceptible to dirt, mildew, algae, rust stains, oil stains, etc… and should be cleaned at least once per year. Our cleaning process for concrete is very simple, yet very effective. For the majority of our concrete cleaning projects we use hot water, high pressure, and a cleaning solution so that we not only remove any visible stains, but will also kill any mildew or algae during the process.

PARKING LOT CLEANING

Parking lots are something that every business should take pride in. When an employee or customer pulls in, the first thing they see is the parking lot. Having a well maintained parking lot is something that speaks volumes to both your employees and your customers. One of the best ways to ensure that your parking lot stays looking sharp is by having it cleaned on an annual basis by a hot water unit. This will ensure that all of those nasty oil stains along with the dirt and mildew gets removed.

ASPHALT SEALING

For sealing asphalt, we use RestoraSeal 3515 which is a high performance Nano-Polymer Revitalizer and Sealer which impregnates asphalt with a protective membrane that waterproofs, seals, and restores asphalt with a fresh black hue. It penetrates deeply into the asphalt pores providing durability and protection against water, salts, and oxidation. This will help prolong the life of your asphalt by protecting the “bitumen” which is what keeps your asphalt bonded together.
